Culinary worshop around wild edible plants

Christine trained as a nature guide and gradually became passionate about edible wild plants.

She can offer you a day or a half-day of initiation to recognise the varieties. In the morning, a walk about 3 km around Pauligne and in the garden, to gather our cheap harvest.

Back home, we will cook these "weeds" and make some tastings.

A friendly day to discover plants sometimes unknown but that will titillate your palate.

On request for a minimum of 8 persons at the price of 20 € per person. You just have to form a group and then contact us. We can also move to this workshop and propose it to you.
